  • Goods/Items/products must be returned unwashed and unworn. Washed and worn goods/Items/products would be considered as used and hence will not be accepted for refund or exchange due to hygienic reasons.
  • Goods/Items/products must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the returned item if it is damaged or it is not in original condition or it is not in condition when it was posted to the customer.
  • Customers are liable to and must pay for the return delivery charges, unless or otherwise product is manufactured faulty.
  • Returned item(s) must be accompanied with the sales invoice issued. Customers must also clearly mention the reason for returning the purchased item(s).
  • Customers must be able to produce the proof of return in the case of need arises for that.
  • We are not responsible for the lost return item(s) and it is up to the customers to pursue the delivery firm and claim their damages.
  • We are currently offering free delivery to Pakistan customers for all orders over RS 3000/=. This eligibility for free delivery is retested again when one or more products are returned from the corresponding order.
  • Customers are liable to pay back all discounts (i.e. points, free shipping or any other type of discounts/rewards), when they return their purchases. This is also applicable to the occasional free shipping that we offer to our customers from time to time.
